I did an exercise yesterday. One of my favorite “looking forward” vision-type exercises I haven’t done in a long time. It’s easy if you want to try it yourself…. Make a list — a list of words that you want to be part of your future. Words that make you FEEL like your best, most badass-self. It can be as much a list of how you WANT and NEED to be as it is about how you ARE today, because we’re all a constant work in progress.

Anyway, I got to 400 words. I love to read it. As I put together this, that, and the other thing that are part of the coming months, it helps me put structure and purpose in EXACTLY the right way around it all.

I’ve been able to surround myself with people I choose more and more the last several weeks and months. That’s a powerful thing when you get to be so intentional about nearly every conversation. You get uplifted. Their best traits rub off on you, and you get this sense you can build anything. All of this dialog with ourselves and the people around us are what help us be and stay bold. I’ve been really grateful to have so much around boldness and freedom all around me.

So — are YOU being bold enough about your life right now? Scare yourself a little today, and do something just for you you otherwise might not have. The outlook is feeling pretty freaking strong and amazing.
